The Classes

The Ryde class is held in St Mary's Catholic Church Hall.

The Newport class is held at Barton Primary School.

The classes tone up your muscles, teach body isolation and increase body confidence. At the same time we have lots of fun. So why not come along, get your bodies moving and make new friends?
